Who can purchase

Purchasing is for members. Browsing is public, but checkout requires an active membership.

What's included

Your membership includes shipping with every delivery (3 lbs of salmon that you hand-pick from available options, including seasonal premium cuts), based on your chosen frequency: monthly, every 2 months, or every 3 months. Members receive 25% off additional purchases and can add fish up to 15 lbs total per delivery. Add-ons ship with your scheduled delivery and shipping remains included within the 15 lb limit. Orders placed outside your scheduled delivery can be arranged by emailing info@longhousefishco.com and are subject to availability.

When we ship

We ship in alignment with small-batch production—typically on the first or last Tuesday of the month. Your shipments are scheduled based on your chosen delivery frequency (monthly, every 2 months, or every 3 months). You'll receive an order confirmation and tracking email once your package heads out.

Where we ship

U.S. domestic only via cold-chain carriers. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes; any address limitations will display at checkout. (Standard industry guidance recommends timely delivery and temperature control for perishables.)

Packaging & temperature

Orders are packed with insulation and refrigerants designed to keep product cold in transit. Please refrigerate or freeze promptly upon delivery. If a perishable shipment arrives warm, do not consume and contact support the same day. (FSIS and FDA recommend perishable foods arrive cold; warm products should not be eaten.)

Address accuracy & delivery issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't replace or reship orders that are lost/returned due to invalid or incomplete addresses or due to unattended deliveries after a carrier marks the package delivered. (See how similar subscription services handle invalid addresses.)

Weather & carrier delays

We'll ship with the best available method for your location. Severe weather or carrier disruptions can impact delivery windows; we'll communicate any material delays.

Orders outside scheduled delivery

To place an order outside your scheduled delivery, email info@longhousefishco.com. We'll confirm availability and shipping timing, and send an invoice if needed.
