Eligibility & Accounts

  • US customers 18+ only
  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure
  • We may refuse or cancel orders for misuse, fraud, or other violations

Product Availability & Pricing

  • We work in small batches—supply is limited and seasonal
  • Items, weights, and prices may change based on availability
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors
  • All prices shown in USD and exclude tax unless noted otherwise

Memberships & Auto-Renewals

  • We offer one membership tier at $199 per delivery
  • You choose your delivery frequency: monthly, every 2 months, or every 3 months
  • Memberships auto-renew based on your chosen frequency until you cancel
  • Your membership includes 3 lbs of salmon each delivery that you hand-pick from available options (~12 servings)
  • Shipping is included with every delivery
  • Members receive 25% off additional purchases and can add fish up to 15 lbs total per delivery (includes the 3 lbs membership selection + add-ons)
  • Premium cuts are seasonal and available in limited quantities—they can be included as part of your 3 lb selection when available and may also be available as discounted add-ons
  • You can edit your selections before the renewal cutoff (shown in your account and reminder emails)
  • You can change your delivery frequency anytime by emailing info@longhousefishco.com
  • Cancel any time in your account before the renewal cutoff to avoid the next charge

Billing, Taxes & Payment

  • We charge the card on file at each renewal
  • Failed payments may pause your shipments until resolved
  • By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel
  • Applicable taxes may apply to purchases; shipping is included for all membership deliveries (within the 15 lb limit)

  • We batch-pack and ship on the last or first Tuesday of each cycle
  • Delivery timelines are shown at checkout and in confirmation emails
  • Delays from carriers or weather are outside our control, but we help resolve issues

Returns & Replacements

  • Perishable items cannot be returned due to cold-chain requirements
  • Report shipping or quality issues within 24 hours of delivery with photos
  • We'll work with you to make things right

  • One-time orders outside your renewal window require advance coordination
  • High-volume or custom requests must be arranged by email

  • Product images are representative of cut style and smoking method
  • Natural variation in size, color, and texture occurs with wild-caught fish
  • Allergen notice: Contains fish
  • Full ingredients and preparation details are listed on retail package labels

Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order

Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by Washington State law
  • Any disputes will be resolved in Washington state courts
